After my initial contact, Mr. Mester came to my home quickly and promptly, it was less than 1.5 hours. He took all the necessary photos of my damaged car professionally and very thoroughly as a motor vehicle expert. Every question I had was answered competently to my satisfaction. I received his expert opinion on my car within 2 working days as promised. I would definitely recommend him to others.
