The entire process was very simple for us. All the necessary steps were discussed with us in detail by our consultant, Mr. Alexander Vogel. All promises were kept and there were no delays in the agreed dates. Very relaxing for us was also his presence at the notary appointment to clarify any ambiguities immediately (but there were none). The "Betongoldabend" has offered me the "what I was missing for years for the implementation of the topic "KAI": All-round carefree package! So much for the theory... But the practice in subsequent discussions and consultations has more than confirmed the very positive impression. I have now taken KAI practically in hand - or I was taken by the hand, and up to the notary appointment (including) everything went quickly and smoothly. I feel well advised and perfectly supported in all steps (object presentation, financing, documents, ..., notary), and now I'm just waiting for the actual transfer of the property. On my own, I would never have been able to handle this so smoothly and quickly and without gaps and "safely" all this was already mentally in the last few years always a hurdle. In this respect I am very grateful for the support of Marc David, Jessica Steudter and others in the background as a key for me into the world of direct real estate investment (and not only Immo-Fonds or similar), which I would have liked and should have entered years ago. Thank you! May the real estate(s) develop well then.... :)

In the process of starting to learn about the topic and building trust towards the whole form of investment you logically face the same questions. Is it the best object? Will I really get the KfW benefits? How to qualify a building? And so on!

From a marketing perspective but also from a customer service perspective, improving conversion rates and making the process more fluid, the best mix of marketing content (information with source-links to support objectivity) is an essential missing aspect of the setup.

With ChatGTP it is super easy to make a summary of all the potential questions so, time to get smart! ;)
