We award Ms. Ott 5 stars in all areas. She accompanied us optimally through the sales process; starting with an appealing exposé to the execution of the viewings to the notary appointment. With a lot of charm and empathy she found the right buyers for our property in a very short time. Even after the contract was signed, she was always helpful and super friendly, and was also available in the evenings and on weekends. Ms. Ott is a very experienced and competent realtor and her commitment is highly commendable. We can recommend Mrs. Ott without reservation.

Mrs. Ott is an authentic nice and humorous person. No unrealistic expectations are conjured up. She sticks to the facts and looks at the sale realistically.
She does not give up immediately and tries to find ideas and compromises in a difficult situation.

The constant availability and uncomplicated sympathetic communication made the cooperation very pleasant from the beginning, even for a customer inexperienced in this field.
My request for special consideration of the concerns of the affected tenant of the apartment for sale was fulfilled 100% and with a lot of human empathy.
Despite unexpected problems in obtaining the necessary documents, the sale was completed in an astonishingly short time to the satisfaction of all parties involved. A "win-win business".

We were allowed to get to know Ms. Ott during the search for our property.
Ms. Ott made a very competent impression on us from the very beginning. The sale was excellently prepared. Mrs. Ott accompanied us through the entire house purchase from A to Z and was always available for questions. All small problems were always solved quickly and with a touch of humor.
In the meantime, we are doing our third real estate transaction with Mrs. Ott and are still enthusiastic about Mrs. Ott`s way of working.
