Mr. Lang prepared an appraisal for my house which is to be transferred to a family limited partnership. The communication was friendly and competent. I was well advised and felt I was in good hands. During an on-site visit, he recorded everything and formed his own opinion. He obtained information that was not available himself. The report itself was detailed and structured. Even my tax advisor, who had also offered me a calculation, was full of praise and said that the tax office would accept it without any problems.
All in all, a very good experience with a very good result.

Mr. Lang is not only outstanding, but is by far one of the best appraisers in Munich. He is extremely customer-oriented, takes the time to answer all kinds of questions, is flexible with appointments and sees the facts as they are. For us personally, Mr. Lang was a real added value in avoiding a wrong decision and finding an optimal alternative based on it. He also has the ability to focus on the customer's objectives! *Scrupulous appraiser, saved money* - Mr. Lang from Munich quickly and easily prepared a useful life appraisal for my rented apartment. The tax office recognized the total useful life of 35 years without any problems, which benefited me in the tax return. Very nice appraiser, gladly again.

Regarding the customer orientation, which was rated as satisfactory: Useful life appraisals have to fulfill certain requirements in order to be recognized by the tax authorities. I orient myself to the greatest possible benefit of my service for the customer and therefore see no room for individual adjustments.

I had Mr. Lang prepare an energy certificate for my single-family house. The process was totally uncomplicated: only a few data about the house were requested and I had to provide the gas bills of the last 3 years as well as photos of the heating and the exterior. After 2 days I had the finished consumption certificate in my inbox.

I needed a price estimate for a single-family house at short notice and Mr. Lang recommended a so-called value expertise for my purposes in our telephone conversation. Within less than 24 hours after the first conversation and communication of the required data, the well understandable PDF of the appraisal was delivered. Very friendly and reliable. I cannot comment on the availability outside of business hours and the availability after the service has been provided and therefore give a neutral rating.
