As a small, voluntary association, we were extremely grateful to have found such a competent, reliable and approachable consultant for our particular situation in Tom Kulla. The first contact was made promptly, and even the first informational conversation on the phone was super helpful in clarifying mutual expectations. In dealing with the potential landlady, he mediated prudently and with skill, so that in the end we were able to conclude a contract that was very satisfactory for both sides. Absolutely TOP! I found my dream property super fast! Everything was so uncomplicated! I always felt here in good and professional hands! Problem-free communication between bank and broker! All documents were forwarded directly to the notary. So that I had to worry about nothing!
