The deciding factor for the training as a systemic coach at InKonstellation at the time, apart from a few more practical considerations, was the fact that it was conducted by several teaching coaches with very different backgrounds and focuses. I had not discovered this in a comparable form at any other training institute. Also in retrospect, I consider it the greatest plus of my coaching training to have experienced so many different coach personalities, to whom we were allowed to ask questions and who allowed us to share their personal experiences. This was not only a great professional and personal enrichment, but also gave us a realistic view of the profession. I am extremely grateful for this, and for this reason I can recommend training at InKonstellation to those interested in coaching with a clear conscience. During the training we got a good overview and insight into different coaching approaches and could try out in numerous practice sequences which methods and tools fit better (and which less well) to our personal coaching style. Compared to other providers, the relatively large group (about 20 participants) proved to be advantageous from my perspective, as well as the possibility to catch up on a missed module in another training group (also in presence or online). I found four to six weeks between the individual modules to be a good interval. During this time, I was able to work on what I had learned and let it sink in, despite my job and family, and I was able to apply it in practice coaching sessions starting with Module 4. I also found and still find very helpful and stimulating the practice evenings that take place every one to two months with an impulse on changing topics and the possibility to participate in coaching (as a coach, coachee or observer) or to take part in a collegial consultation. I think it's good that this is also possible after completing the training, because this way you can stay on the ball even if you can't directly use the coaching professionally. In terms of organization, InKonstellation still has some room for improvement in my opinion, but that does not significantly diminish my positive overall impression. Many thanks to Timo Schlage and his colleagues at InKonstellation and all the best for the future!
