Myfitapp - the all-in-one solution we were looking for.
We were looking for an app that fits us in terms of design and functions. With the branded-myfitApp we found exactly that.
Since communication is essential in the service industry, especially in the current times, we use the regular "push messages" to communicate e.g. news and important things and thus strengthen our customer loyalty.
Through the booking tool "Event Calendar" we enable our members to book their massages, courses and events in an easy way, from anywhere. In addition, the app includes a very cost-effective alternative to generate new leads via in-app "member-recruit-member campaigns".
Best of all, all of these features are measurable, easy to use, can be planned ahead, and also give us a regular overview of clicks and views in the clear "statistics tool".
All in all, the app has everything we need and is regularly expanded by Innovatise GmbH, so that we can no longer imagine our daily digital studio life without it.

The app is easy to understand for members in the studio. Likewise, maintaining the app is relatively easy to implement for the studios. Some things are a bit hidden, but if you click through you'll eventually find it. It's not like you can do anything really bad. :-)
The extremely ambitious and excellently accessible customer service should be emphasized. In addition, it is quite quickly understood what you want as a customer and also almost always gets an immediate assistance or problem solution. If help is not immediately feasible, then always immediately. Nobody forgets the customer. The employees have good knowledge of what the needs of the studios are and know immediately where to reach. Even if you're on the line as a customer, the customer service is not unfriendly. They are happy to explain things a second time or just set it up themselves without further ado. We are extremely satisfied. It really is a provider that does an excellent job and is absolutely worth the money.

We have been using the white-label version of myFitApp for our fitness studio chain for many years. The front end, which can be operated intuitively by the customer, is particularly noteworthy. The entrepreneur or app operator can also enjoy a well thought-out and uncomplicated backend (including extensively adjustable user rights). We are extremely satisfied with the quality and accessibility of the app. The innovatise GmbH team is always open to new suggestions and always interested in developing the app further to make the member and company benefits even greater.
