Even if there are plants cheaper, I would never reverse my decision and want to do without this customer service.

To the new house also immediately a solar system and an energy-efficient heating system. That was our big wish. With Innowatt 24 we have found the competent partner. In today's time, with supply bottlenecks and rising prices, a great luck. From planning to commissioning, everything worked out perfectly. We are very satisfied with the system itself, as well as with the support provided by Mrs. and Mr. Wallantin. Only the installation of the panels had to be improved by the subcontractor. As a satisfied operator of a 16.8 kWp solar system with storage, I can only warmly recommend the company innowatt24 to everyone! The advice and the extremely competent execution of the craftsmanship work was carried out exactly according to my ideas. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Peter Wallantin for his competent and fruitful cooperation. Before the cooperation with the company innowatt24 I had contact with several other providers and their pseudo consultants and had to realize that most of them can only sell standard, but can not or do not want to respond to special requests. Rather, the so-called "experts" shone with ignorance of current regulations and technical requirements in electrical engineering. As a former instructor in this field, I consider myself quite competent to judge this.

We built our house with a photovoltaic system from innowatt24 from July - November 2021. The communication was always first class and customer friendly. Questions about the product were answered in detail and quickly. We ordered the photovoltaic system in 2020. Despite the rising prices, there was no price increase. It even became about 150,00 € cheaper. This money was transferred by the company itself without any inquiries on our part. The companies that do something like this, you can certainly count on the hand :-). Even when setting up the photovoltaic system, the boss was personally available to our electrician with advice and day via video chat for several hours. This always nice and helpful. The company has very much earned the 5 stars. We are glad Mrs. Wallantin and Mr. Wallantin to have given the order and would do so again immediately.

We are very very very satisfied with this company. We can totally recommend them. From the planning and implementation was at any time, but really at any time, Mr. Wallantin (the big boss) available. He helped us with the planning, also in the technical room, as well as with the planning of the modules on the roof. The perfect contact person! And that as a boss, respect!!!
He always called us back and if there were problems, he helped us. Even now, when our RCT system had a problem, we were helped immediately. Our thanks to Mrs. and Mr. Wallantin and his team! Also a thank you to his electrician Mr. Spazier, (vl.. misspelled) . I would just like to say thank you to the whole team! Keep up the good work! You are super!!!! :-) Thank you!!!

We have experienced an incredibly good CONSULTATION. Time was taken and planned precisely. No blunt sales but use-oriented advice.
In the end with the grandiose idea simply to use the area on the carport.
Mr. Wallantin planned the plant professionally and then implemented. Deadlines were met and that in times of delivery bottlenecks. Everything ran smoothly. Installers and electricians are class. Polite, unobtrusive and do a clean job.
The commissioning and briefing also took place with calm and deliberation, we feel and felt at no time "alone".
As a conclusion I can say that here the customer and the energetic benefit are in focus. It is not about clumsy sales. That was good and so it is fun for both sides.
The AfterSale process is also professional.
Thank you very much for this great experience, now unfortunately much too rare.

After one year in our own home, it is now the right moment to evaluate the PV system of the company Innowatt. We have built a prefabricated house, and parallel to the developer, Mr. Wallantin has supported us with the PV system. From the first project planning to the commissioning, the project was taken care of and all questions were answered. When you build, you always have to expect the impossible and we have had some negative experiences in this regard. In all this time, Mr. Wallantin and his team were the shining exception. From the first contact, the planning to the successful installation, we were 100% satisfied. Mr. Wallantin not only does his job, but also takes care of his customers in a very pleasant, personal way, so you always feel you are in good hands.
