Projects can be successfully implemented within the framework offered. I appreciated the individual consultation very much. The person in charge is easy to contact or gets back to me quickly. Customer wishes are implemented very well and often even better than expected. Ideas are independently introduced into projects. Agreed and often individual delivery dates are kept.

Concerns are taken seriously, discussed in a spirit of partnership and implemented in a technically refined manner. We can discuss our additional requirements with the responsible project manager from INOVA Solutions at eye level, specify them and jointly develop solutions which, in terms of quality and prudence of the chosen implementation, usually clearly exceed our original expectations and provide noticeable additional benefits.

They have patiently trained me in new areas of responsibility, checked my documentation and moved me forward accordingly with targeted comments. The interaction is very respectful and pleasant.
