I found the INQUA coaching with Ms. Pintschka-Vögeli extremely constructive. All conversations were very well structured and efficient. In each session I was able to develop very valuable new impulses and new ways of thinking for myself. Inqua has a very clear coaching process, which I appreciated very much. I am very grateful especially to myself that I chose INQUA Couching. It is very professional and profoundly built. I was looking for support for my new career orientation after a very long family break and I came across this provider. I am also very fortunate with my couch. Ms. Pintschka-Vögeli is a very empathetic, open, sensitive woman with a long professional experience. Our communication was also a great enrichment for me in purely human terms. The couching has a fixed structure but is very individually tailored to the needs of the participant. It helped me a lot to recognize my strengths, skills, knowledge and competences and also showed me where I can use them successfully.
