Nico is not only extremely competent but also distinguishes himself through his empathy and his ability to open up to him without reservations! Mr. Feldmann is very approachable and works out the personal strengths of each individual well so that these can be used in sales. The training is designed with a lot of heart and joy and creates a trusting atmosphere among each other. I think this hits the nail on the head for me, because already after my first coaching appointment I achieved a breakthrough in my ability to convince as a leader. I was able to achieve things with less effort and without wearing myself out that I had not been able to achieve in the last 2 years.

Furthermore, I like the sustainability of the coaching support, because even after the coaching the coaches can be reached at any time and are available with advice and support.
