ACCOMMODATION: very nice hotel, dignified and well-kept, nice and quiet location, very extensive, plentiful and healthy breakfast; staff very friendly and helpful;
FOOD outside: dinner in Delft: was fine; cheese tasting in Amsterdam: not a full substitute for lunch or dinner; lunch snack in the market hall in Rotterdam:: bad!!!! Vegetarian food consisted of fries, chips and something completely indefinably mushy, not vegetables; dinner in Delft: VERY good: plentiful, varied, healthy and tasty;
GUIDES: Isabelle Plomp: VERY good, comprehensive knowledge presented with pleasure in her profession, knew her way around all the cities extremely well, knew how to captivate and inspire the tour group (well-groomed, well-dressed woman!)
Second guide in Amsterdam: seemed disoriented in the city, hardly communicated with the tour group, very unkempt in clothing and hygiene; didn't seem to know her way around the Rijksmuseum either, little knowledge of art history, boring presentation, little competence;
Rotterdam: boat trip in the harbor offered hardly anything, can actually be omitted, but better: qualified city tour with explanations of the modern, partly futuristic buildings and their architects; in the Boijmans van Beuningen depot: interesting, knowledgeable guided tour;
too little time in the Mauritshuis Museum, a visit to the Escher Museum would have been desirable, shorten the time in Scheveningen! City tour in Utrecht very good and informative.

Overall, I think the trip is recommendable.

The choice of hotel was suboptimal, as the distance to and from the bus was more than 1 kilometer.
The choice of the guide was very successful.

A start from Cologne/Bonn airport would have been nicer!

The tour guide was a hit.
The beautiful hotel was extremely inflexible the night we ate there . As a wine lover I wanted to order a bottle and had to apply strong pressure until I got a card.
maybe it is more pleasant for your customers if you calculate the meals without wine and everyone orders the drink they want.
But they should not overestimate my comment; it also does not change my all-around positive impression and their customers orientation.

Super tour guide!!!

I was very satisfied with the trip, the execution and the program, especially with our very competent and extraordinarily helpful tour guide Plamin. My special praise goes to him. The choice of hotels was okay or very good, only the hotel in Melnik is not recommended for older travelers, because the transport of suitcases over the stairs (neither elevator nor support staff) to the rooms was very difficult.

There is no point of criticism. All good 😊

excellent local tour guide; consistently good hotels except for "Bustra u.Galina" in Russe; after the guided tour in the distillery in Troyan could taste, but strangely nothing to buy; especially funny and very successful at the "singing grandmothers" with very tasty typical food of the country; somewhat disappointing the guided tour on the rose area Damascena;
but overall a very nice and varied trip with beautiful nature and scenery!

Everything was well organized except for the hotel on the 2nd night with many stairs to the hotel, would be ok if you had the Koff

The guide on site, Mr. Plamen Lazarov, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

Itinerary and stops were very well arranged and organized. Only a little criticism: The Balchik Castle could have been omitted in my opinion; the hotel in Melnik was somewhat difficult to reach with suitcases over many stairs.

Tour guide Plamen Lazarov was quite excellent ! He not only introduced us to his country, but also took care of every single participant of the trip in all aspects.

The tour guide Stefan was just great. The round trip and the lodges were fantastic. The food in the lodges was very culinary.

In the restaurant almiranta you have to be extremely careful. The billing must be carefully checked. Amounts disappear from the invoice plate and are collected again.

Everything was just right, very confident and friendly bus driver.
