Mr. Burgey took over responsibilities in a complex phase of the company and set priorities in a short time. This made it possible to design measures for future-oriented alignment, which were subsequently implemented consistently.

Especially in the establishment of scalable solutions, Mr. Burgey was able to contribute a high added value due to his many years of experience in the IT industry. Thanks to his very good comprehension skills, it was possible to develop solutions for complex issues, some of which form the basis of today's Tas business.

Also in personal contact Mr. Burgey was always professional with an honest and clear communication. Not least due to his calm and considered manner, he was able to have a calming effect on many situations and steer the proceedings in a productive direction.
