I had a kind of inner script for my first appearance as a presenter at a major event, which gave me absolute confidence. My fear that I would fall back into my fast everyday speech vanished into thin air. I had the well-accented and well-practiced diphthongs in my ear... The many language memos and videos at the end were very helpful. The training sessions were a highlight, the exercises in between were helpful and it's really great what I can do with my voice.

Ms. Zeppezauer was to the point, the conversation very compact and very effective. She grasps the situations very quickly. Her recommendations are understandable and easy to implement. She doesn't beat around the bush, but gets to the point very clearly. Within an hour, she not only gave me help with the current challenge, but also how it could be avoided in the future, if necessary, and also coached me personally.
