When a truck driver is involved in a crash, the driver or their affiliated trucking company will likely hire an investigator or adjuster. This investigator or adjuster may be very pleasant, and appear to be concerned. But always remember his or her job is to protect the insurance company, and find a reason NOT to pay you.
