Due to the shortage of skilled workers, it is noticeable that the workload for the individual is becoming greater. This creates a certain dissatisfaction for the employee, because it becomes more stressful and as a result can trigger fluctuation. To counteract this, we have been looking for a way to find staff in a new way. Because the ways we've tried so far, which may have worked in the past, haven't worked lately or haven't produced the candidates we need.
As far as social media is concerned, we started out completely virgin and with an open attitude of expectation as to whether it would work or not.
After 5 months now, we have hired 6 employees and can say it is definitely working very well. We started the search with the positions of professional driver, garbage collector and automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d). Later we also added the search for a dispatcher (m/f/d).
I would like to continue the expertise of Jan-Niklas Georges and the cooperation itself, no question, it works. It is very efficient for me, everything is taken care of and regularly the most important things are discussed and implemented in a video conference.
The portal, where we can manage the applicants of the different positions together with 5 employees, is a real relief of work, especially since we get more applicants on the four positions we are looking for, as it has not been the case for decades. Without the portal, we would not be able to process the amount reasonably.
In any case, we would like to thank Mr. Georges already up to this point for the very successful cooperation and look forward to further years of close collaboration. I have already made recommendations.
