Jan ist ein sehr guter Mindset Coach. Vor allem als professioneller Pokerspieler ist man ständig von eigenen Denkmustern beeinflusst. Jan hilft einen falsche Denkmuster, Ängste und limitierende Gewohnheiten zu erkennen und zeigt Praktiken auf diese abzulegen oder zu optimieren, sodass man stets Leistung auf hohem Niveau abrufen kann. Zudem ist er sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich nicht "blöd" wenn man sich ihm öffnet.

Mit Jan zusammenzuarbeiten ist eine sehr große Bereicherung für meine berufliche als auch persönliche Entwicklung. Er ist sehr anpassungsfähig was "specific needs" angeht und findet tolle Übungen und Möglichkeiten einem mentale Hilfestellungen für die anstehenden oder zu bewältigenden Aufgaben zu geben. Er ist sehr selbstreflektiert, gibt ehrliche Einblicke wie er selbst mit vergleichbaren Situationen umgeht, gibt einem tolle Hinweise wie branchenübergreifend und methodenübergreifend andere Menschen oder Psychologen an gewissen Problematiken herangehen und ist allgemein ein sehr umgänglicher und hervorragender Gesprächspartner. Er findet schnell einen Weg spezifisch und individuell auf einen einzugehen und weiß genau wie weit und wie schnell er einen in seiner Entwicklung pushen darf. Ich bin professioneller Pokerspieler und kann eine Zusammenarbeit mit Ihm stark empfehlen. Ich denke insbesondere Selbstständige oder Leistungssportler hätten ebenfalls sehr großen Nutzen aus einer Zusammenarbeit mit Ihm.

For me the most helpful thing is, that Jan provides you with so many useful tools during the sessions, that it is really easy to work with these tool inbetween the sessions. He really makes a difference to other coaches I worked with. Very personally, hands-on and the practical aspect is very important. You won't stay on a theoretical level, but will go deeper and put tools and concepts into practice.

I have first reached to him when I was in a good situation with everything that happend in my life , mostly professionaly . I think he was the key for me from doing good to doing great . He helped me realize that I have a lot of potential and I can make some small changes that I would benefit a lot from , and the results came in a very short period of time .
