Jean Claude has a completely likeable and open personality and works in a structured and professional manner throughout. At every second we have the impression that Jean knows exactly what he is talking about and that everything he says or does has a purpose or leads to a goal/realization. He not only guides us through "guided processes" but also takes the time and effort to explain why, for example, a method makes sense and why it works, without going into so much detail that you could lose the thread or feel overwhelmed. Very skillful and balanced. I was in individual therapy - EMDR with Jean a few years ago and it helped me a lot. Today, a few years later, we were there for couples counseling and again Jean skillfully applied all of the above, did not at any time give either of us the impression that we had done anything "wrong" or were to blame and did not just bluntly moderate us in an argument but gave us the basics and tools to avoid or resolve conflicts in our relationship. In our opinion, Jean works at a level that is second to none. We would and will recommend Jean to others with a clear conscience and will gratefully continue to make use of his skills and knowledge ourselves.
