Calm, relaxed manner of presentation and content in free speech. Therefore always convincing and authentic. Many different offers in the workshop with a lot of personal freedom and movement in the room. Very respectful interaction with all participants. Everyone was allowed to address and talk about everything and although new topics arose again and again during the work, the overall direction of the program remained in focus. So there was plenty of space and time / scope for individual topics. Very successful, right to the end!

I felt understood and in good hands with Jenna von Hauten right from the start. Her empathy and her background as a psychologist have enabled me to see myself and others from a different perspective. I am now able to recognize my personal strengths and also see the strengths of others in my supposed weaknesses and that we can therefore work much better together as a team.

The Courageous live event in Karlsruhe touched me deeply and made me really question many of my beliefs about myself and life for the first time, taking me a huge step further in my development. Jenna also accompanied me throughout this (emotional) journey and continued to support my personal development.

I am delighted that I got to know her and that she has enriched my life so much.

Jenna is authentic, diverse and open. With her manner, she manages to create an atmosphere of trust. She reacts very individually to circumstances and gives valuable advice. Jenna has enabled me to develop in a way that I would never have thought possible. She always brings innovations into her concept, which anyone who wants to can benefit from. The concept and the thematic structure are very coherent. Jenna has a special gift for drawing out the potential of her target group. She regularly triggers reflection processes that are very effective. A little more interaction in the group calls would be nice, it's more like listening to the coaching of the other participants than an interactive exchange, but you still learn a lot from other experiences. The 1:1s offered as part of the Schema du coaching should be expanded to include a final discussion at the end of the coaching period.
