- I have lost 7 kg (6 kg was my goal)
- I am free from vertigo
- Headaches are gone

On top of that, things are much more harmonious with the family, everything is much easier and carefree.

And my husband and children are now fitter and more balanced.

I would do it again and again!

Highly recommended.

The all-round carefree package appealed to me. It's not just about nutrition, exercise or mindfulness, it has everything.
After 6 months I have no more migraines, no more dizziness and I have energy and the desire to do things again. I'm a person again, I'm myself again, I'm socializing.
Who would have thought that it would be so easy in the end.
I have also lost weight.

I had hypothyroidism, where the values were very bad. I was really just tired and wanted more energy to get going again. A big issue for me was the desire to have children. But I was still reluctant to take medication, both for having children and for the thyroid gland. I wanted to do it without chemicals. Jennifer was recommended to me. Already after 2 weeks I had more energy, after 8 weeks I felt like myself again and after 12 weeks I had a different life. This will change again, because in the meantime I have also become pregnant. Had enough of hypothyroidism and wanted my life back. Medication didn't help, doctors didn't take me seriously. Headaches, dizziness, overweight, fatigue, bad moods were weighing me down. I booked the 3 month mentoring. Especially Jennifer's way and her long experience convinced me. She is not just 3 years coach, but has 18 years of experience.
Result: I don't have my old life back, I have a better one! :-) I did not believe that. Just gave it a try. I continue like this. Thank you.

I participated in the Detox and it made me feel so light and free. I wasn't bloated anymore and didn't have those food cravings. I also lost weight. Jennifer impresses with expertise, knowledge and most importantly experience. Her approach is different from the others. She explains so clearly that it is also understandable. I still implement some in everyday life. You can tell that she is there with heart and soul.

I became aware of Jennifer's coaching services while searching for helpful posts in a FB group under "Hashimoto's sufferers". I found a comment from Jennifer that spoke to me.
I was looking for a way - out of fatigue, exhaustion and a djungel full of supposed "helps". After only a short time, exhaustion and fatigue were gone. I was never bloated, overstuffed or tired after a meal again. I lost weight and felt lighter, too. You have to be willing to make a change and you have to have faith. I had both and am very grateful to Jennifer for guiding me and showing me the way. 100% recommendation from me!
