18 years in a leading position in the financial sector, where my daily business was characterized by the exploration of room for maneuver, crisis management, reorganizations, challenges during changes of ownership and mergers. First of all, I would like to thank you again for the impulses at the workshop!
However, I would not associate the contents brought with the designation "modern executive". The contents motivation (own/external) as well as leadership styles etc. are important points for a leader. Under "modern executive" I would have imagined however that it concerns rather contents of the today's time (handling flexible working (times as well as places) - and above all in the context with the public service (legal regulations) as well as the challenges of executives with the new generation (mentality, work will etc.).
The contents that were brought should have been heard and internalized as a manager at least 1 time. Nevertheless, it is always good to remind yourself of these basics. From my point of view you have done this very well. Thank you!
Right from the start, Stefan managed to create an atmosphere in which it was very easy to share personal experiences from professional life with him and the entire group. The seminar atmosphere was very pleasant. The lecturer led through the topic with a high level of expertise and very good knowledge of human nature. Again and again, questions and problems of the individual participants were addressed individually.

With you, I always have the feeling that you know exactly what you are talking about. You are authentic, the content of the training is practice-oriented, the examples stimulating, the discussions rousing.
I'm going to spend a lot more time with the documents from the training because I want to look at everything again in detail and try things out specifically.
I particularly benefited from the classroom days with the role plays, such as the employee feedback meetings. That's something you should do on a regular basis. I thought the concept of additional half days of seminars (also offline) was good. However, for me the learning curve was sometimes not that high. I already had knowledge about remote work/management and agile styles.
I particularly liked:
- Authentic perception of Mr. Jezl's own practical leadership experience.
- Responding to the dynamics of the group, no slavish adherence to one's own agenda
- Many practically applicable tips incl. explanation with examples
- Pleasant atmosphere with the impression of high confidentiality
