Thank you very much for your feedback, even though you were obviously not completely satisfied, which is of course a great pity.

I would like to comment briefly on your points of criticism:
1. cards sorted incorrectly - If this was the case, then I'm sorry. Of course, that shouldn't happen. However, I don't understand how this affects the solution of the tasks. All cards are labeled accordingly and the solutions are always clear. You are welcome to describe this case to us again by email so that we can better understand the error and make any necessary changes.
2. app has hung up - Unfortunately, we are currently dependent on a stable internet connection for our app. Which sometimes cannot be guaranteed 100% in city centers. However, we are already working hard to enable the download of images and videos in advance to make the game less dependent on the mobile internet.
3. navigation - We have deliberately decided against a voice assistant. We don't see any added value if you're on foot in the city center and have to walk a maximum of 200 meters to the next spot. The noise level alone in the middle of the city usually makes it impossible to understand the announcements anyway. That's why we decided to only show the route to the next spot on the map. However, if the desire for a voice assistant arises more often, we may reconsider this.

We will of course include your feedback in the next round of improvements and hope you still had a nice day and fun with the varied tasks.

I am happy to address the points you mentioned:
The tasks can also be skipped without going into the 30m zone: all you have to do is deactivate the GPS. The stated game recommendation of 3-4 hours is calculated without a break. However, very few groups actually manage to complete all the tasks on our tour. We have designed an extra large number of tasks so that there really is something for everyone. You could have deactivated the GPS in the app and continued playing the tasks regardless of location, e.g. in the restaurant. Many of our groups use this function when they run out of time 🙂 We're glad you enjoyed our bonus tasks.
We're also delighted that the bride enjoyed the tasks and that you had a great JGA! 😊
