Jivana accompanied me very competently and sensitively in a very difficult life situation. The goal I had formulated for myself of letting go of a man in my life really worked out. And without extreme attempts such as completely breaking off contact, deleting shared memories and blocking social media (as I had previously tried to do on my own several times, but which led to me contacting him again several times).
Jivana offers very structured coaching, which has freed me from dependency through knowledge, experiencing new feelings and guiding me to look and feel exactly what I really want.
I was fascinated by how precisely Jivana gets to the heart of things, how effective the coaching sessions were and how imaginatively she was always able to apply techniques that really work at the right time. It was amazing how well she was able to understand me right from the start.
I would like to tell my whole story here, but that would go beyond the scope of this article. I can only recommend anyone who is struggling with the topic of letting go of a man to make the investment and book a coaching session with Jivana. I really struggled with the issue for 4 years, I had other support in the form of psychotherapy and lots of reading, certainly it led to preparing myself and being open to change. But the real breakthrough, finally letting go of the man completely and not relapsing, happened in the 3 months with Jivana as my coach.
I am looking forward to further support from Jivana as a coach in my life, because in the first 3 months we have already been able to sort out many areas of my life that were only indirectly related to the dependency on the man who wanted to have me exclusively as an affair. As a result, I was also able to take a big step towards stability in my career and have already received a lot of good impulses in my family life that strengthen me as a single mother.
Thank you so much Jivana for your extremely valuable work with women like me who have really suffered and have become free from this suffering! I am very excited to see how my life will continue with my new goals. ❤️

The workshop "Finding a partner" was very valuable and helpful for me. By recognizing the current situation when in contact with a man and realizing and empathizing with the feelings that arise, I became aware that I am always attracted to this man because of my attachment pattern, even though he is not good for me. Realizing this was very painful and also eye-opening. By simulating the situation of contact with a man who is good for me (role play), I can now differentiate much better whether the man is securely or insecurely attached. The workshop has given me a lot more security and confidence. Thank you very much, dear Jivana!

For me, I was able to get a new perspective/ angle on my trait that I thought was negative, but it turned out to be a very valuable quality of mine!

What bothered me was that Jivanna talked too much in the process of feeling and exploring, so that I was repeatedly pulled out of feeling.
I would have found it more pleasant if she had first explained what was happening, what we should do and given examples BEFORE we went into the sensing, because giving examples and explaining what else we could do during the sensing was disturbing for me.

Ms. Lohr advised us competently, patiently and without pressure. It is very pleasant to work with her on the contracts. She always gave us the time we needed.

Jivana's coaching is geared towards the needs of her clients and her manner is very empathetic

I thought I needed coaching to be able to better distinguish between my real feelings and the feelings from my conditioning, I no longer wanted these feelings of insecurity that arose from my thoughts. Through this journey with Jivana, so much more is possible today. Through Jivana I can deal more consciously with energy-sapping triggers, I can influence and change my behavior, thoughts and feelings in relationships with other people by changing my perspective. This is very empowering - I am the creator of my life again and there is so much more ease and a deep inner peace in my life. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jivana's coaching.
