Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I found the time together and the consultation with Lisa Kanter very valuable.
Various topics were set in motion, impulses were set and new perspectives were opened. I was able to develop new professional and personal perspectives and was wonderfully accompanied in this process. And I became aware once again how important it is to take the time and space for one's own thoughts and emotions.

I am a person with a migration background. I approached the company for help in finding my way around the German labor market, analyzing my career in another country, and finding suitable jobs in Germany. My mentor was Katharina Homann. From the first meeting, I was pleasantly impressed by her professionalism. Not only did she help me solve my problems (she taught me how to search for open positions, how to write my resume, cover letter and motivation letter and how to adapt these documents to a specific job), but she also showed me my job prospects in Germany (and gave me confidence in my future). And most importantly, how to deal with my mental health (as someone who left a country where there was war, I struggle with this) in order to live a fulfilling life. I am grateful to Katharina and "JobCoaching" for their help. I wish them success and well-being. I recommend everyone who wants to develop professionally, as well as those who "want to find their" company, to contact them.

The job coaching with Ms. Ines Kaiser was a great enrichment. With her extremely competent, structured and at the same time empathetic manner, Ms. Ines Kaiser supported me at all times during the entire coaching. A particularly positive aspect was the joint analysis of the current professional situation with the development of a plan for the next steps. Ines Kaiser knows how to respond precisely to needs in job coaching, to strengthen and at the same time to set important impulses. I was working in consulting myself and asked myself the question: what makes a good coaching process? When and on the basis of which observations can I even allow myself to make an assessment of another person? With Mrs. Kanter I experienced that it is basically about developing and communicating ideas about the person. To point out possibilities. She saw a lot, was able to name many of my topics. A potential analysis is always an individual process between two people. I can learn methods, but to be effective I always have to fill them with something of my own. Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions.

The coaching with Ms. Ewald was a very great and beautiful enrichment for me from a professional and human point of view.

Ms. Ewald is an absolutely confident person with a wealth of knowledge in her field, which she is able to pass on in a wonderful, diplomatic and constructive way. This has brought me quite a bit forward, helped me to properly prepare my tax return, opened up some opportunities for grants and also picture exhibitions. So I received not only the transfer of theoretical knowledge, but also the impetus to put it into practice.

I got to know Mrs. Ewald as a special, mature, smart, wise and very sympathetic personality, who made the respective online meetings, also in human terms, a celebration.

I had a fantastic experience working with my coach Ines Kaiser. She is competent, professional, and friendly and has a personal touch to her coaching style. She has trained me in CV, cover letter writing, and job interview preparation. Coming from a non-German background, her proficiency in languages, mainly English (as good as a native speaker), has helped me make a good CV and cover letter. I learned many things about how to make a job application and am very satisfied with my revised documents. I was applying for Scientist roles, and her understanding of scientific details has been a great advantage in preparing my applications. It was so much fun working with Ms. Kaiser. I would recommend her if you are looking for an excellent job coach and especially if you are a non-German speaker looking for jobs with a scientific background; she is your go-to coach in your job search process.

Before the coaching, I was rather neutral about the whole thing. But I have to say that this intensive experience has made a lasting difference to me. My coaching with Ms. Hecker was very productive and I am taking a lot of input and energy with me for the future. I program websites and can directly incorporate the results of the coaching into my company. For everyone who is still undecided, clear recommendation! Just do it and profit from it in the long term!

I had a coaching session with Ms. Ines Kaiser and I liked it very much. Ms. Kaiser was very personable and was able to teach me a lot about the application process. She also adapted to my times, as I was not always available. It was a pity that the coaching was already over after one month. I had also found a new job in the meantime, so I can only recommend the coaching.
