We urgently need a new heating system. We are very satisfied with the optimization of the heating system, new pipes and radiators. A terrific team in execution and advice. Very quick completion, very clean work. Our bathroom was also renovated by Jochmann 3 years ago. They are regional, always available and an enrichment of our home. You can't always blame everything on the Ukraine war.
Even if the mutual cooperation is right, the parts prices and maintenance prices are generally too high. I've reached my limit and I'm no longer prepared to pay more than this time (almost €300) for everything because I simply can't afford it any more. Take a closer look at your customers, not everyone is a VIP or a Croesus, even if they have bought a very expensive system from you. (Some people save for a long time to buy something solid that won't give up the ghost after a few years. )

The customer service employee was punctual and worked in a concentrated and speedy manner. The work site was left clean and tidy. As a layman, the employee explained the defects to me in an understandable way and immediately provided a quote for the replacement parts.
