Since the sessions with Johanna, I have developed significantly more energy and also an awareness of how I robbed myself of strength and energy, even though I already had a lot of experience in the area of self-healing.
In addition, the communication between me and my husband has improved significantly. That was the original reason why I contacted her and why I couldn't get any further with other means.
I can now talk to my husband more and more constructively about things and wishes that are important to me without getting into an emotional argument because the negative emotions are simply no longer there.
I have already experienced many effective coaching sessions before.
The great thing about Johanna's therapy, in contrast to the others, is that she takes the body with her during the processes and the otherwise often unpleasant "detoxification symptoms" are therefore absent.

By the way, Johanna was able to take away my mother's fear of the upcoming operation.
A blessing.

I am very grateful to have found her and can recommend her wholeheartedly.

Ms. Sauter is a wonderful therapist,
I feel very comfortable with her, I have had many therapies, but her work is simply the most effective and I always feel a change immediately after the session.
I can come to her with anything, no matter what is going on in my life, and she helps me competently and with a lot of background knowledge. It's a shame that I can't give her 10 stars!!!

I was recently able to experience a very intensive session with Johanna Sauter. It took a lot of courage to let myself fall completely, but it was worth it. After the balance I was very happy that I had given her my complete trust. Many old and pent-up emotions were allowed to release and I saw my path clearly before me again. For me it is amazing every time what can be achieved in a single session together with Johanna Sauter. I am very grateful that our paths have crossed.

About a week ago you freed me from my "Schoggi addiction" with your treatment and I am extremely grateful for that. For me, this was a very personal and also difficult subject. You were very sympathetic to me and took me seriously, which in turn allowed me to give my topic space. During the coaching I was amazed how quickly the smell of chocolate had completely changed for me. From the comforting and sweet smell to a completely neutral sensation. I found this very exciting. After the treatment, I was still a bit skeptical inside, but still open to see what would happen next. As of today; I generally eat less sweets and when I stand in front of a shelf full of chocolate I really don't have a craving anymore. I can recommend your coaching to anyone who wants an uncomplicated solution to their annoying habits and is willing to take a look at their own behavior patterns.

VERY GOOD THERAPIST AND MENTOR
I could confide in Hanna well from the beginning. She listened to me and also encouraged me.
She explained everything to me in detail, also with vivid examples.
She seemed interested in me, took my concerns seriously, also appreciated my achievements and abilities.
Her practice is very nicely appointed - I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her in the office. I highly recommend her.
