I have been working on my personal development for several years. Although I had already worked on myself a lot, Jürgen found the source of a deep-seated inner blockage. Within three sessions we released this blockage and I feel much freer and more detached since then. Tasks in my business, where I often stood in my own way before, are now easier for me again. Over the last few years, I had worked on certain issues several times and sought solutions. I have gone through everything from weekly therapy sessions to seminars. BUT I never had the feeling - to have understood what the cause is - even less I had the feeling to have found a solution. It was rather "Ok now take this with you and then... then you know what is going on and are cured. " But nothing of the same happened.

- WITH JÜRGEN --> Completely different - super effective and above all efficient - in a short time --> cause identification, -->goal setting, -->tool is worked out together and "voluntary" further accompaniment by Jürgen - practically "on demand" in everyday life - available at any time and also here "to the point" whether online, by phone or in person. -

Jürgen Waellnitz - chapeau for his professionalism - expert for performance optimization through talent management, the topic has never been so important as now. He rocks the stage, captivates the audience, very specifically with the 22 driving springs technique, courage to change perspectives, to give just a small sample of what he has on offer. Jürgen Waellnitz has the De Luxe Buffet for companies and executives. Take advantage of it as long as he still has appointments available.

I have experienced Jürgen Waellnitz at a speaking event, on stage and off stage. His competence definitely lies in sensing and promoting talent. He communicates this when he opens the surprise egg for us on stage, and he lives it in direct interaction. He helps to objectively, effectively, and measurably identify the bandwagons of the future. What company wouldn't need that. My TOP recommendation.
