Probably one of the best decisions I made this year - coaching with Julia. I found my way to her through the Hamburg Coaching Program. Already after the first sessions I noticed so much movement and felt incredibly encouraged and motivated. Julia has the perfect mix of warmth and professionalism. Julia accompanied me very sensitively over several months. We had a timetable and I was given small tasks for the time between our meetings that I could easily integrate into my daily work and life. However, when it became clear during the meeting that something else was actually needed in order to make good progress, Julia flexibly conjured up something from her repertoire. I came with an idea, and left with a plan.
In a short time Julia helped me to bring something in myself- an idea, into a realistic form.

After a very expensive and very fruitless coaching program, I ended up with Julia.
Finally I found a coaching, which is very well-founded, with heart and mind, me and my talents. After a detailed anamnesis we found what really fills my heart and makes it dance. Julia works very comprehensively and cordially, but also asks possibly uncomfortable questions and goes into depth. What is important in my opinion, if it is to be really good.
