Julia's classes are suitable for everyone, whether young or old, beginner or advanced, fit or with various ailments. She pays attention to proper execution, explains a lot and individually corrects everyone who takes part in her classes. She shows different variations and possible progressions. Everyone can decide for themselves to what extent they want to improve their fitness or how they can prevent or even alleviate possible complaints. I really like her personality and the way she demonstrates and performs her exercises. Speaking only for myself, I can recommend her with a clear conscience. Since taking part in the back classes, I feel better not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. I simply enjoy it.
