She listens carefully and reflects very well. Gives tips without trying to sell anything. 30 minutes were booked, it turned into 40 minutes. I have been attending Juliana's Powerful Life Academy for over a year now and can highly recommend her. She is absolutely warm-hearted, empathetic, reliable, full of power and meets every participant where they are at. Juliana is a coach who puts her heart and soul into everything she does, is authentic and only learns from the best.
I also particularly liked The Real Me program, which is characterized by firmly anchoring the knowledge learned in the body and continuously repeating it - repetition is the mother of skills.

It was a sentence with which Juliana immediately had me on her side: how much longer do you want to watch others live the life you would like to have and dream about it?
I have already done many courses, online coaching sessions, workshops etc. on the subject of business and personality - but never before has so much changed in me as after the coaching, the Life Power Seminar and "The Real Me". In my opinion, all people who don't want to stand still, who want to develop further, who want more from life, should look for a coach like Juliana.

A clear recommendation!
I got to know Juliana Käfer at one of her Power Days in Steyr and subsequently attended the Life Power Seminar and the online course The Real Me. You can tell that she is passionate about her work.
Her energy, her friendly and above all authentic manner and her ability to inspire drew me out of my comfort zone.
Juliana creates protected spaces in which you can develop together and learn from each other in an appreciative way, true to her motto "For me - for you - for us".
Not only did I take away many tools from the training sessions and learn a lot about myself, but I also had the opportunity to apply and implement them immediately.

Juliana always gets to the heart of her content so well. She surprises and keeps it exciting with new methods. In fact, it's good when she asks uncomfortable questions, because then it starts to work in me and I always go one step further in my development. In this way, my attitude to many of the topics I have chosen myself has developed in a very short space of time. I can decide for myself what my goals are and Juliana supports me individually in sticking to them.
Of course I recommend Juliana to others, I have already done so several times 😊

Juliana knows what she is talking about, as she not only passes on her enormous knowledge and experience, but also lives it. Juliana's programs made a lot of things clear to me and I now know what I need to work on and how. The group calls are also a great place to learn from other people who have a similar mindset (for me - for you - for us). Juliana has created a place in her practice where you immediately feel welcome and at ease. She takes time for her clients, is appreciative and listens attentively. When faced with challenges, she uses targeted questions to help you look behind the façade and recognize the actual problem. She offers helpful support to clearly define goals or to cluster large goals into smaller stages. Juliana's professional demeanor, her clarity and the methods she used were very helpful for me and helped me in the long term. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

Juliana knows how to motivate the participants to DO. I particularly liked the fact that the participants had to move during the (online) workshop in order to set body anchors and better consolidate what they had learned. This sets her apart from many other coaches, who you listen to enthusiastically but then don't do enough.

I have already had many coaching sessions, but the one with Juliana today was mega helpful and exciting for me. She immediately broke the ice with me with her open and warm manner and I was able to trust her from the very first second! Juliana manages to identify the core issue and get to the heart of the matter in no time at all. Her know-how and tools were super effective. But what I liked most was the holistic approach. We worked on the topic itself and Juliana also gave me a lot of tips on what I can still pay attention to and what I can still work on for myself! For me the coaching with Juliana was mega helpful and I can recommend her 1000%!!!! Thank you dear Juliana!!!
