Ich hatte immer wieder Konflikte mit meinem Partner bis ich bei Jutta Büttner einen Einführungskurs in Gewaltfreie Kommunikation gemacht habe. Da habe ich verstanden, womit ich andere vor den Kopf stoße und wie ich Kritik anbringen kann, ohne dass gleich Widerstand kommt. Deshalb sind nicht alle Konflikte gelöst, aber es entsteht eine Offenheit und ich kann leichter eine Lösung im Gespräch finden. Ich empfehle den Kurs aus ganzem herzen. Jutta ist kompetent, sympathisch und ich habe mich abgeholt gefühlt.
