I was impressed by the coach, with a good energy, inspiring way of explaining things. Good observer and stepped in when necessary and strong guidance and explanation. One could see our group reacted very well to him.
I hate to say this, but felt the opposite with another employee. There was energy during the after lunch energizers, and that quickly dissapeared when going back to the content. The group felt the same way, quite dissapointing that K.Brio did this selection.
Also we need to be honest, 3 days is too short for such a broad topic.
But the quality of the trainers was too far apart.

We have very good experience in the combination of two very different trainer profiles into such workshops enriching the perspective and energy flow. In this specific case, we will analyze carefully the reasons for the different result this time.

Both the individual coaching and the team coaching were very good in terms of content, the structure and execution were nice and entertaining. The location in the loft without air conditioning at over 30 degrees was not ideal. But with lots of breaks and plenty of drinks, we were able to cope well.
