I was able to follow the online live sessions attentively because of the good structure. The k.brio trainer (Matthias Köhnecke) was very committed and it was clear that he stands behind what he says. Due to the small number of participants, everyone was able to express and contribute their thoughts, opinions and perceptions. The self-learning phases and learning loops are useful to review the input from the live session again in peace and for yourself.
