I found the training very helpful. Despite the online format, it was a pleasant and personal atmosphere. I was able to understand many of the examples given and, thanks to the personal examples from everyday life, the benefits can also be explained and put into practice. I was able to put some tips into practice during the three training days (or in between), which also helped me. Sometimes I found the introduction a bit drawn out, for example the question about everyone's energy level took a bit longer, so perhaps a question with thumbs up/medium/down would have been good and then only ask 2-3 people why their energy level is top or why their level is at the bottom. Then you wouldn't always have to skip slides. I sometimes found it a real shame that slides could only be seen in the summary.
Overall, however, the training was great and I will recommend it to my colleagues.
