As it was the case with me that the vehicle was a one-day registration (February 2023) and was registered to me in August 2023. And I was told that the vehicle indicates when I need to go to the workshop for an inspection. According to the vehicle, this would only be in July/August.
Since I had not yet made an appointment, I was called in March and told that I should finally come to the service, otherwise I would have to pay the costs, as I had already overdrawn.
In my opinion, this is incorrect communication between the service department and the customer.
You can't always assume that a customer knows exactly when a vehicle needs to be serviced and in this case after one year of initial registration, not from the time of registration to the customer.
