The advice at reception was great, but wouldn't it be better if you have a customer who only comes for a regular inspection that the spare parts are already on site?
For example, a Crossland comes in for its 6th inspection... then all the products that need to be replaced must also be in stock, so that an order has already been placed in advance.

The service is good. The parking is very poor and should be improved.

Hyundai Bank took a very, very long time to send the vehicle
to send the vehicle registration document to Kadea.

The preparation of the vehicle was not what you would have expected from a reputable car dealer (especially as the car had been at Kadea for a very long time). The plastic bumpers could have used a treatment with a plastic freshener (a matter of 15 minutes, that's what you do before the customer arrives) and the car was only given a superficial treatment. The driver's seat had minor stains (removed with a wet vacuum cleaner, but did it myself afterwards!) The first car where I had to clean up after the purchase from the dealer. I.e. more final inspection! Otherwise H. Gottschalk is a pleasant old-school salesman, very nice.

As always with the competence and friendliness of the staff.
I ask for the driver's seat to be reset in the workshop. I'm long, the mechanic is probably rather short.

Punctuality and quality when receiving and returning the vehicle. All necessary measures are explained clearly. It would be desirable for stored wheels to be washed before fitting!

The sale was smooth and unproblematic. The seller was top-notch and the transaction up to the purchase could not be faulted. Very, very good.
Unfortunately, the registration service is not adequate. I also asked around at other registration providers, 5 weeks is simply too long and that is not due to the authorities or vacations or anyone else. That is not good.

And now why I would not and will not recommend Kadea! Got the car 2 weeks ago, now bike hitch carrier up and error message comes up. Everything works and still error message when braking in the car. So went to Kadea Köpenick. 30.04.2024, I'm going on vacation tomorrow. The lady at reception made no effort whatsoever to at least briefly ask a mechanic whether it could be fixed quickly or not. Whatever answer I would have agreed to. From qualified personnel! But like this! Customer service is really defined differently and I work in customer service. That's very bad style. And so I can't recommend KADEA if customers who have really left a lot of money are treated in this way, it's very bad.

I have nothing negative to report. So far, I have received good and quick advice on all questions and have been dealt with in the service area.

If a vehicle needs to be serviced, possibly remind you in good time.
As it was the case with me that the vehicle was a one-day registration (February 2023) and was registered to me in August 2023. And I was told that the vehicle indicates when I need to go to the workshop for an inspection. According to the vehicle, this would only be in July/August.
Since I had not yet made an appointment, I was called in March and told that I should finally come to the service, otherwise I would have to pay the costs, as I had already overdrawn.

In my opinion, this is incorrect communication between the service department and the customer.
You can't always assume that a customer knows exactly when a vehicle needs to be serviced and in this case after one year of initial registration, not from the time of registration to the customer.
