Their fixed costs (labor costs, etc.) are already quite high compared to independent workshops. Alone the "workshop costs" to replace an exterior mirror of a Corsa with €140.78 are significantly higher than at independent workshops. And on top of that, the exterior mirror itself at €122.01.
So a vandalism (breaking off the mirror) costs around €260.00. That's pretty steep!
Unfortunately, I have been annoyed since the car purchase with you at every visit, so that I wanted to avoid entering their house again, but because of a defective engine part was not really the choice. And that a damage to the engine after 90000 km is not in the warranty I still can not understand. And the dampers in the trunk after 4 weeks after purchase defective is also funny.
A very good and courteous service, you are served politely, wishes are taken care of..in our case, the surveyor was already on site for the damage assessment at our appointment and the whole process went quickly over the stage..that's what you want as a customer!
KADEA Berlin GmbH offers an online calendar for booking workshop appointments on its website for its respective branches.
Free shown dates are not free. It follows always recall of the respective branch and completely different dates are presented. Then one can give oneself such a scheduler also!!!
