Mr. Kadner arranged a beautiful small two-room apartment for me. He was very flexible with all appointments and was always able to accommodate my appointment requests. He even took time to measure the rooms, helped and supported with all questions before and even after the handover.

Due to a rather abrupt job change, I had to change not only the apartment, but also the city. Coordinating viewings from afar while still being very involved professionally can be challenging. Mr. Kadner made the transition easier for me. I was able to get appointments easily and quickly. On site and by mail I was always advised in a friendly and competent manner. He took the time to answer all my questions and kept to his agreements.

The single-family house in Jößnitz was sold quickly and confidently thanks to Kadner Immobilien (KI). KI works proactively and competently in all matters, no matter whether an energy certificate or de-clutterer is needed. It was very advantageous for us that both viewing and handover appointments could also take place on weekends. KI is very well connected. We were especially pleased that the sale took place at our desired price and even without an advertisement.

5 stars are partly not enough to appreciate the services of Mr. Kadner. In our search for competent support in the sale of our property, we came across the very well designed and structured website of Kadner Immobilen. After contacting Mr. Kadner, he was immediately available for us and provided us with extensive information. Due to his enormous knowledge of the industry, the marketing of the property was carried out in such a way that we always felt very well taken care of. Mr. Kadner produced a very professional exposé of our property, which testified to considerable expertise. The marketing process was also characterized by strong expertise, so that a positive result could be achieved in a targeted manner. The process of the formal file was accompanied with pinpoint support, so that one felt completely taken care of here as well. The many, many small tasks associated with such an extensive project were always taken care of by Mr. Kadner and were done before you even noticed them. All in all, we can only say thank you again and again and how happy we are to have chosen Kadner Immobilien.

Super nice contact! We have always felt very well taken care of in the whole period from the first viewing to the signing of the purchase contract for our dream house! Mr. Kadner was available both in person and by phone or email for us. We especially liked the cooperation with the financing agency, the notary's office and also the city! From " problems" we have learned only when they were already solved!!! Whether it was the application for documents or the arrangement of appointments - everything was taken care of and yet we were always up to date.
