When selling our apartment, we got to know Mr. Jesuiter as a very committed broker with an exceptionally high level of customer orientation and professional competence. From the initial contact to the preparation of the exposé to the notarization, we received very knowledgeable advice and support. In particular, his solution-oriented and flexible approach to unexpected situations and events should be emphasized. Another decisive factor for us was the comprehensive and always prompt communication, whether by video conferencing, e-mail or telephone.
All this made it possible to reach a successful conclusion in a short time.

As a seller of a property, I was given expert advice and had regular exchanges with my contact in a changing market situation with rising interest rates. When my contact was on well-deserved vacation, a colleague took over so there was no delay. After a comprehensive Internet search, I decided on Kampmeyer Immobilien GmbH. Among other things, the internet presence and especially the professional handling of online marketing in the classic online portals as well as in SocialMedia had a convincing effect. Mr. Hauke Arzberger was my broker in the case of the sale of a Cologne apartment. Mr. Arzberger attaches great importance to the correct implementation of all formalities. In addition, he is good at assessing markets as well as analyzing their changes. His reporting was exemplary, every appointment with interested parties was immediately communicated by phone.

We are happy new tenants at Immobilien Kampmeyer. Our property is unique, well thought out and fulfills all our wishes! Our greatest praise we must clearly express to Ms. Chantal Heinen. We had never felt so comfortable at a viewing before, at eye level. She was very well prepared for our viewing appointment. Although she already had her well-deserved closing time, she answered all our questions. She showed us all the important details of the apartment. All costs incurred etc. were transparent. No empty promises etc. It was especially great that she gave us time to make up our minds and clarify any questions if necessary. This gives one additional security in the decision phase. During the follow-up process, she was always available and had an open ear for us. It was all so uncomplicated and pleasant. For us it was the best decision to choose Immobilien Kampmeyer.
