I became aware of the law firm SHB PartG mbB on Inteenet. I was looking for help with my KDV application.
Everything was discussed on the phone and I quickly received my documents, which helped me a lot in preparing the application.
After the application was sent from the law firm to the competent body, it took half a year until the desired letter can.

I particularly appreciated the fact that I was always informed about the progress and possible difficulties and that I always received answers to questions at short notice. In the matter of a dog bite, I turned to the law firm SHB. Mr. RA Bergmann, has informed me starting with a good informative initial consultation on the phone, advised me and took care of everything extraordinarily well and represented me excellently with his experience in this area. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the very friendly secretary's office. Emails were processed and answered quickly and competently. All in all, I felt that I was in good hands with my case. I can therefore highly recommend the law firm and would use it again at any time.

I had a very interesting case, I was operated in the hospital at a cruciate ligament rupture the wrong knee. Since I was still a student at the time and had no legal protection insurance, I was forced to apply for legal aid. I could turn to Mr. Scharnberg or the paralegals at any time, who explained to me and my mother all questions on the subject, foreign words or contexts from writing on the part of the court or the clinic. In the end, we were able to get more out of the court than we had first suspected. All in all, I can only say that I received very nice advice and that my problems were addressed. And if I have another legal dispute, I will turn to SHB PartG mbB again.

Already during the first phone call, the lawyer explained to me clearly and comprehensibly how my case would relate to an action for protection against dismissal and that I could not necessarily expect success. Since I wanted to inform me only "briefly" and had counted on a first appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that everything was already clarified on the phone and I absolutely did not have the feeling that they wanted to "dispatch" me quickly.
On the contrary, later in the afternoon I got a call from the lawyer with the request to still get insight into the termination, so that he can be sure that everything runs legally with this termination.
Despite an already received release of my legal protection insurance was here very competent and professional advice on the phone and the whole without cost.
Thank you very much, your law firm is noted with me for possible further problems.

From the first telephone contact to the transfer of the refund amount, the process was completely free of complications and without any accumulation of correspondence. Although the first e-mail from the law firm mistakenly ended up in the spam folder, further communication via the Internet worked quickly and without difficulty. At first I was a little skeptical, since there was no personal contact and I also had no recommendation. But my doubts were quickly dispelled. The law firm represented me excellently. My e-mails were answered promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Mr. RA Bergmann took care of everything. At this point I would like to thank him again!
