What can I say... In my experience: efficiency, competence and, most importantly, success. So, I can only recommend them.

Unfortunately, there is a lack of communication and enforcement in the event of a claim. Although I was not at fault for the accident, I am supposed to pay half of the costs.

As I was involved in an accident through no fault of my own, my car dealership recommended the Voigt law firm to me. My opponent was only given 75% of the blame for the accident and I was incomprehensibly given the remaining 25%. As a result, the percentages in my comprehensive insurance increased. So the law firm is definitely not to be recommended.

The Voigt law firm was recommended to me by Brandenburg, as the Voigt law firm probably handles a lot of cases here. Contacts always nice and friendly, how could it be otherwise.
In December 2020 a car drove into my parked car. The lost legal dispute ended in January 2024.
Very slow processing, letters sometimes arrived weeks later, no great effort. No effort to stand up for clients.

If I could, I wouldn't award a single star.
My friend got a speeding ticket and was threatened with a point. We found out about the law firm on the Internet. At the beginning everything went quickly, whether we had legal expenses insurance, etc. No sooner said than done & a letter was sent to the fining authority with a deadline. We were told to wait, which we did. A whole two months passed before we received a letter from our insurance company. It was about the termination of the proceedings and so on. At this point, the insurance company knew more or less about the case than we did. So I tried to write to the law firm & to call them. I asked for an explanation. I got a vague statement & then nothing again. To this day, I have not received any detailed information.
Result: After 4 months, my friend gets the point, the insurance company pays the lawyer a lot of money, it has brought nothing. And then you get an email thanking you for your cooperation. NEVER AGAIN!!!
