Mr. Karst and his team have looked after and supported us very professionally from the very beginning in the context of setting up the employee leasing. We received the permission for temporary employment from the Federal Employment Agency within one week (!!!). We coordinated the contracts and set up the necessary internal processes, especially in dealing with temporary workers and their payroll. The monthly payroll is also done in cooperation with the Karst law firm. By agreeing on fixed prices, we avoid unpleasant surprises when billing for the services rendered. After 5 months of intensive cooperation, the new business field of temporary employment has been established and the first contractual relationships have been concluded. In the meantime, we have also had other labor law issues clarified and examined by the Karst law firm.

Within personnel services, temporary employment represents the most legally demanding area. The AÜG and the collective bargaining agreement alone usually present us with far-reaching tasks. In addition, there are rulings at labor courts and other instances that not infrequently trigger a need for action. We appreciate, besides the very good accessibility of KARST Rechtsanwälte, especially the "topicality". These are the essential points for us. Because fast reactions are often necessary. We feel well "looked after" all around and know about the very high professional competence.
