There were less than 2!!!!! hours between contact and delivery. hours.
Boxes almost as good as new, an extremely friendly and courteous employee. If only there were more people of this caliber..... TOP RECOMMENDATION from me.

I am really very satisfied! The moving boxes were delivered within just two days and even brought directly to the apartment.
Super practical for me.

Communication was pleasant, friendly and reliable the whole time. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on good service here.

Absolutely friendly initial contact, professional, knowledgeable. Very good price/performance ratio, reliable, deadlines were met, help with packing (had everything with us), piano was professionally packed and fixed in the vehicle. Transportation (over 700 km easy). Everything was moved into the apartment at the destination. We would hire the company again at any time and can recommend them without reservation. I moved from Augsburg to Hungary and have been looking for an affordable and reliable moving company for a long time and I had the intuitive luck to choose the company Kartonboss. Why did I choose the above-mentioned company?
1. the initial contact (by phone) regarding the move was answered in a concrete and friendly manner.
2. a detailed cost estimate was sent to me based on the furniture and small items to be transported, with a fixed price guarantee (working hours, KM money, how many people, complete packing material, possible removal damage insured)
3. appointment agreement, flexible, punctual
4. removal carried out perfectly and carefully without stress
(including special transportation of piano and paintings)
5. unloading and setting up of all removal goods positioned as desired and professionally set up.
I would like to thank Mr. Vetter and his friendly colleagues once again and can only warmly recommend the company KARTONBOSS.
