I already knew the MutMentor from YouTube videos, which were very appealing to me and gave me valuable impulses.
I can warmly recommend her hypnosis. The calm and professional voice conveys a sense of security and I was able to engage very well with the hypnosis. I have listened to it twice so far and feel more relaxed afterwards. I am happy to be able to repeat the hypnosis as often as I like to integrate it in the long term.

Kathleen's hypnosis program "Serene Happiness" helps me a lot in a professionally and privately challenging time.
challenging time. I also use hypnosis in situations where I feel overwhelmed by everything. Afterwards I feel calm and clear and find solutions.
Her other explanations in the program are also great. Affirmations, for example, have never helped me.
With her tips, not only do I now really enjoy using them, but I have also achieved amazing success in a conflict situation in a short space of time.

Individual coaching was always very appreciative, enriching, opened up new perspectives or confirmed existing ones. I always felt full of self-confidence afterwards, or in other words, simply great. Once, when I had no idea how to answer a worksheet and asked the group in general whether anyone else was feeling the same way, Kathleen contacted me immediately and we spoke on the phone to discuss my thoughts etc.
Generally speaking, anyone who wants to work on themselves is very well advised and looked after here.

My hypnosis journey, strengthening self-confidence /
Dissolving self-doubt in 4 weeks, is now over. The time was very good for me, as I was able to reflect and deal with the tasks very well.
Kathleen's voice is so wonderful and warm, which makes the hypnosis all the more fun.

Kathleen's voice is very calm, loving and insistent and I was able to let go very well through her first hypnosis and I was able to let go of a lot. after listening once I can not yet tell much. It became clear to me that I have to rethink my beliefs. But I have unfortunately some inner Schweinhunde m (my feeling) which put me on this path, but very happy cudgels in the way, so that this does not run too straight. With changes they want to have nothing to do or at least only gaaaanz slowly. A long way that I like to go.

Thank you so much for your free hypnosis session. I used my lunch break today and got involved in the hypnosis. I was able to relax very well, unfortunately I fell asleep a few times and I was very cold in between - despite the blanket. Then I covered myself up to the neck and when you brought "me" back, I was awake and fit. Great feeling! Since I did not hear everything you said during the hypnosis, I listened to your hypnosis again. I will definitely try hypnosis in relaxation again.

Especially if we are otherwise much "under power". That's why a cuddly blanket is always mandatory even for me when I enjoy hypnosis. Sometimes I even take an electric blanket. Kathleen is empathetic and open. She has an incredible amount of experience in coaching and is very clear in her explanations. She gets to the heart of what you may not be ready to think yourself.

During a business coaching session I experienced how well she can put herself in the shoes of different people. I find her guidance and support very appreciative and valuable. I can open up to her, which is not usually so easy for me.

She has helped me to find my own way. At the same time, Kathleen's positive and honest manner ensures that this path is also great fun!

Unbelievable how quickly you can change fundamental things with hypnosis!
I always thought you had to work on yourself for a long time and extensively to get a better self-confidence.

Kathleen's voice is very pleasant, I was able to get involved without any problems and I have already had a journey that I don't want to miss. Even though there is still a lot more ahead of me.

I have wanted to start my own business for a long time, but never dared because a few things kept me from it.

After Kathleen's hypnoses, I now know that I can do it and I was able to decide all at once that I will do it now.
I dare. And look forward to it.

I am writing this review here because I believe Kathleen can help so many more women finally dare (whatever that is).
