Unfortunately I can't say much yet, I've only listened to the hypnosis twice and unfortunately I fell asleep during it. But I have the feeling that I am already calmer and I have big problems with letting go because I always have negative thoughts. Your voice is amazing and everything you say is right and gives you courage and your own mood improves immediately thank you very much that you exist

Dear Kathleen. I did the hypnosis and you have an unspeakably beautiful, calming voice. But I fell asleep, perhaps because I'm tired and exhausted and haven't slept properly for many nights because I brood so much and don't let my thoughts settle.
But I will use hypnosis again and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support.🫶

Dear Annette, thank you for your valuable feedback. And yes, if you didn't sleep much the previous nights, you were probably too exhausted.
On the other hand, hypnosis helped you to really wind down. And that is incredibly valuable.
My tip to you: don't get quite so comfortable next time. If you were lying down the first time, sit down. First in bed or later on a chair. This also works really well and you probably won't fall asleep so quickly. Kind regards Kathleen

Hello you dear wonderful person Kathleen,

The hypnosis was great - although I can only say that the beginning was great because I fell asleep so quickly.

I am so exhausted from this situation, from these negative energies that I want to let go of with the help of hypnosis. I haven't slept for nights because I take the you gar and the accusations so much to heart that I just fall asleep.

But I will do it again, simply because your voice is so wonderful and reaches my heart directly and the beginning alone - consciously and the end unconsciously - ensured that I was able to sleep through the night.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart 💞💫

I already knew the MutMentor from YouTube videos, which were very appealing to me and gave me valuable impulses.
I can warmly recommend her hypnosis. The calm and professional voice conveys a sense of security and I was able to engage very well with the hypnosis. I have listened to it twice so far and feel more relaxed afterwards. I am happy to be able to repeat the hypnosis as often as I like to integrate it in the long term.

Kathleen's hypnosis program "Serene Happiness" helps me a lot in a professionally and privately challenging time.
challenging time. I also use hypnosis in situations where I feel overwhelmed by everything. Afterwards I feel calm and clear and find solutions.
Her other explanations in the program are also great. Affirmations, for example, have never helped me.
With her tips, not only do I now really enjoy using them, but I have also achieved amazing success in a conflict situation in a short space of time.

Individual coaching was always very appreciative, enriching, opened up new perspectives or confirmed existing ones. I always felt full of self-confidence afterwards, or in other words, simply great. Once, when I had no idea how to answer a worksheet and asked the group in general whether anyone else was feeling the same way, Kathleen contacted me immediately and we spoke on the phone to discuss my thoughts etc.
Generally speaking, anyone who wants to work on themselves is very well advised and looked after here.
