The voice and presentation workshop by and with Katja Schanz absolutely convinced me - varied, practical and inspiring. Katja sweeps everyone along with her coaching expertise, her extensive knowledge and her likeable manner. At the same time, she sensitively and very accurately addresses the individual weak points. For me, it's breathing, speaking too quickly and unnecessary filler words. I was able to pick up so many tips and have fun putting them into practice. If you want to appear authentic and present convincingly, Katja is the right person for you!

Katja has been coaching my team and me for a few weeks on the topics of language, body language and charisma and my team and I are thrilled!

She is absolutely authentic, emphatic, funny and it is absolutely obvious that she knows what she is talking about! Especially through her acting experience she captures our attention and coaches us vividly in theory and practice how to improve our charisma and overall communication.

Katja asks questions and gives you full attention when answering them. In this way, she stimulates a thought process that makes deep self-reflection possible. In this way, one's own answers are found and every training session becomes a personal, individual experience.

She was also able to help me refine some skills with practical exercises from her professional experience. These include the conscious use of the voice as well as facial expressions and gestures, presence in front of an audience and customer-oriented language.

I believe that experts and managers in particular could benefit from Katja's know-how.

I was able to experience an intensive and very enriching Why Coaching. Katja was always attentive, patient and understanding. The atmosphere was informal and I was guided through the coaching in a clearly structured and effortless way. Through the right questions and her empathy, Katja got to the heart of my being in an impressive way.
My self is stronger since then - because: I am as I am and that is completely enough! Even more: I am proud of my values and I want to live and radiate them visibly.
