I came in with a 13cm rectus diastasis after 2 pregnancies and cesarean sections. For a long time I wondered about my various complaints; but above all that I still looked like I was 7 months pregnant almost 2 years after the pregnancy and was often asked about it, despite the same weight as before the pregnancy - no doctor even once mentioned the word rectus diastasis, let alone treatment options - I rather heard "that's just how you look as a mom".... Through many lucky coincidences I heard about the Tupler technique and came to Katrin; for the first time she measured the RD (in 3 places) and it was not 3cm as always measured - but 13cm!!!! I took the chance and trusted in her experience and am super happy after 18 weeks of treatment. From 13cm I am now at 5cm and the upper belly is "flat" again, all complaints are gone and I can even jog again!

I came to TummyTalk and Katrin after my two pregnancies, after which I was diagnosed with a rectus diastasis by my gynecologist and given an urgent recommendation to have it surgically closed. However, abdominal surgery was never an option for me, so I looked into non-invasive treatment methods and found what I was looking for with Katrin.
During my second pregnancy, I could already recognize a bulge in my belly during certain movements, which was not normal. After the birth of my second child, my belly no longer receded properly and my belly button protruded. I looked like I was still about 5 months pregnant. I also had pain with sudden, jerky movements in the abdominal area and a few other complaints which, in retrospect, were due to or related to my rectus diastasis.
With the Tupler technique, Katrin gave me a tool with which I could and still can independently restore my body stability. Nevertheless, I was always able to turn to her if I had any questions, especially in the early days, and I got help really quickly. She explained how all the components of the Tupler technique work together, both at the on-site appointments and in the easy-to-understand videos in the online package. There was also a rough overview of why it is important to have a strong core. I was able to see results very quickly, especially when I first started using the Tupler technique. This motivated me immensely to continue, even when I didn't feel like doing the exercises or when it was far too hot with the belt in summer.
All in all, Katrin and the Tupler technique have helped me enormously to get a "normal shaped" stomach and belly button. Although my diastasis is still not closed after a year, this is due to my comfort and not the inefficiency of the program.
Visually, you can see significant improvements compared to before. My diastasis has reduced from 11 cm to 7.5 cm and my abdominal circumference at navel level has decreased by 11 cm. My other complaints have also disappeared.
Overall, I can unreservedly recommend the Tupler technique under Katrin's guidance to anyone else affected by rectus diastasis. It is definitely worth it!

I can only recommend the 6-week program for rectus diastasis to anyone who has not achieved the desired effect with postnatal exercises and for whom all doctors are only considering surgery! I could hardly believe myself that my stomach could become flat again through rigorous exercise. Kathrin encouraged me during this time, is super sensitive and is delighted with my success. After my pregnancy, I was looking for a method to close my rectus diastasis. As a physiotherapist, I compared various concepts and decided that the Tupler technique was the most suitable solution for my problem.

I made an appointment with Katrin for a Tummy Check-up. During the anamnesis, she already knew exactly where to start and picked me up very professionally. During this session, I was able to overcome my fears of getting pregnant again.

I originally came across Katrin because I was looking for help to close my rectus diastasis. My last pregnancy was 13 years ago and my belly never really receded. In the evening I often looked like I was five months pregnant and I suffered a lot because I am an otherwise very slim person.

The very first consultation with Katrin was great; she took a lot of time, explained a lot and I felt I was in good hands. In the end, I decided to take the online course, which I combined with a check-up appointment with her on site every few weeks due to the close proximity.

After just a few days, I could clearly feel it - my stomach shape changed and I could suddenly feel muscles again that I didn't even know existed. But then something even more serious and, above all, unplanned happened for me: my latent back pain, which had persisted for years, decreased day by day, my whole posture changed, my whole body became stronger and I felt a great energy returning to me.

After two months, I incorporated the morning exercises into the workout recommended by Katrin and realized that I now feel fitter (and above all more flexible!) than ever before.

In fact, I find that the program (Moodle, videos, etc.) is too outdated and therefore price / performance do not cover 100%. Which is a pity! But the criticism does not go to you. I think everyone who has met you as an instructor knows that it is not easy for you to work in this framework and to ensure quality.
