very well organized and structured training with many practical examples, the content was covered in an understandable and appropriately detailed way, good recommendations for additional learning material, excellent trainer!
A good virtual one-hour impulse, however, I personally missed the reference to the topic "project". In my eyes, the content was more about conflict resolution in general and strategies for this.
In general, however, a sympathetic lecturer who could have interacted a bit more with the participants (through breakout sessions or similar).

The training was really fun, with numerous practical examples and all questions were competently answered and discussed. The training took place in a small group and everyone could actively participate. The time management and the way it was conducted was very pleasant, so that you stayed on the ball the entire time.
Mr. Klaus Koop lectured very competently and each course participant benefited greatly from his illustrative examples from his practical experience.
Unfortunately, the amount of material was hardly manageable and in the end it was not quite possible to go through all the course material. Mr. Koop assured us that the 23 contact hours enforced by PMI were not sufficient. We had a total of around 28 h and still did not make it.
It might be appropriate to make certain selected cuts in the material. If this is considered, then by no means cut away the practice that hardly occurs anyway.
An ideal "all-round package" that Kayenta has delivered here. With everything you need from PMI and for an ideal certification preparation. But most importantly, with an extremely experienced speaker who is happy to share and incorporate his knowledge from the field.
My trainer Andreas Nicklas was excellently prepared and conducted the five-day training extremely competently. Participants' wishes/suggestions were taken into account at all times. The content was conveyed methodically and perfectly, and despite the length of the training, the participants were never left behind. I can highly recommend Mr. Andreas Nicklas, both professionally and personally a super trainer.
The manner of the facilitator during the course was professional. The previous exchange with Kayenta, as well as the information provided with the links provided ran reliably. I was very satisfied!
(A recommendation for the VirtualClass would be the use of so-called CollaborationTools, which enable the active participation of the participants. At best, however, the PMI documents and content in the slides should also enable this).
PMI's slides can definitely be questioned. Andrea has always supplemented the presentation with her own content and "old" slides, which was very helpful.
Otherwise, the course is very well designed, but has such a high information content that the days seem very crowded.
Unfortunately, I currently only have the opportunity to participate in evening seminars. The seminars currently on offer provide super insights and food for thought
The guest moderator and Mr. Plewa conducted the webinar well and in time and very good fundamental information was conveyed on the topic. The associated slides were provided by Kayenta via email on the same day, so that the content is also sustainably at hand and a training is offered for consolidation, which is also offered at a discount for webinar participants. Overall a very good and informative webinar.
