After ordering by phone in November 2023, a price of €85.05 per 100l net was agreed, excluding delivery costs and a suit of €10 per 1000l after a letter from Keck, as I was previously a customer of Degenhard. When I asked for a price confirmation, they said that was fine. Delivery was only made after the 2nd appointment, as the driver was at a completely different address on the 1st appointment. Delivery was fine.
After the delivery I received the invoice, of course a higher price with travel costs and without taking into account the deduction according to their letter.
What to make of that! Not to be recommended.

We have been a satisfied customer of Degenhardt in Niestetal for over 25 years. Unfortunately, this company was sold to Keck. I was quoted a price on the phone and then the order was placed and delivered. Unfortunately, the announced delivery was delayed by just over 3 hours. No one on the phone was able to help us with the delivery date.
Finally, after a few days, we received the invoice, which suddenly listed €33.60 in delivery costs. These were never mentioned on the phone and there was no response to my telephone intervention. On the contrary, I was told quite brashly on the phone that it was no longer the Degenhardt company, but now the Keck company. I can only warn against such business practices. I will immediately buy my oil elsewhere.

We were informed at the last refueling that KECK also offers oil tank cleaning and we agreed that customer service would contact us for a quote. Nothing has happened to date.

The delivery took place despite information to our collective orderer during our vacation, which we spent abroad, thank you 1.
The invoice should have been sent by e-mail as with previous deliveries.
No , 6 weeks later we get another payment reminder, thank you 2.
Something must be done about this Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year : -)

Private individuals are quoted net prices on the telephone. This is not permitted. If payment is made in advance, VAT is then missing and reminders are sent. And once again, the private individual is to blame, not the poorly trained staff.
