I’m a British Expat in Germany and still own a little business in London. Due to Brexit I had, of course, lots of questions on legal implications and the new economic relationship between England and the EU. KEHL law firm not only offers to communicate in best English but also said frankly and honestly that some answers would take some time because of necessary legal research. I'm in the process of setting up my company and naturally had a lot of legal questions. As I'm not from Halle, I was initially skeptical about the communication. I was very pleasantly surprised: it's easy to work here with Zoom, telephone, messenger and even encrypted e-mail - the colleagues are practically always available! I've never experienced that at other law firms. From a professional point of view, no question remained unanswered and I received my GmbH articles of association in no time at all. Notary, tax consultant and subsidy advice were also arranged! Therefore: 100% thumbs up! There is no way around this law firm for founders.
