She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, serving as academic chief resident and receiving distinctions for outstanding performance and excellence in shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Young further advanced her expertise through a specialized fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital. Her approach combines advanced surgical techniques with thoughtful non-surgical treatments to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities.
