I felt very comfortable with Kerstin and can really recommend her courses: it starts in the preparation with tips for overnight accommodations to the question of what snacks are desired and continues in the courses, in which she makes it as comfortable as possible and everything in detail and really takes time for questions, explanation and what just needs space and attention.
If I had to sum it all up in one word, it would be: caring.
Thank you so much for the deeply transformative weekend of bars and facelifts.

Kerstin is a wonderful woman, with her whole way she always manages to get someone out of the low. She always responds very well, it's fun and if it must be there is also a kick in the butt. That's what I really appreciate about Kerstin, honest and straightforward without talking up anything. No matter which course I attend from Kerstin afterwards I feel fresh from vacation.

Since the first contact, which was already very warm and open, I am always drawn to Kerstin. She is a wonderful, warm-hearted and positive woman. Mrs. Biss has treated my dog several times after I told her what was wrong with her. Each time I have noticed a very clear positive change and my dog has visibly felt better. When talking to clients, Mrs. Biss is very polite, courteous, empathetic and open. She also asks detailed questions to get more detailed information about the situation. One feels very well taken care of. I highly recommend Ms. Biß and wish her continued success with all her other clients as she has had with me and my dog.

Ms. Biss was literally my salvation. After months of odyssey, she was the first to ask me the right questions and was immediately and always directly, empathetically and supportively at my side in a nutritionally critical phase. In retrospect, despite some basic skepticism, the treatment with AccessBars has cleared various blockages for me persistently (5 months). I would immediately make another appointment. Once again, thank you very much, Ms. Biß!
