Behind a product is an idea, and behind that idea are people. This was my experience with the Keyfender. Due to an application error, I had problems with the product. After I wrote to the support, I received a prompt reply from Christoph. The conversation on the following day is still in my memory, even though two months have passed.
He asked me a few targeted questions about the use and was able to contribute to the fact that I now always carry my key with me during all kite sessions for some time.
What I would like to emphasize in particular: He did not insinuate with a syllable that the fault was with the customer, but solution-oriented to get the problem out of the world. That is service!
